These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Guilde (the “Service”), operated by Agentik SAS(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Guildeprovides a platform for building, running, and integrating AI-powered software. Features, plans, and limits may change over time; we'll give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid plans.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the credentials you use, the activity on your account, and the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to: violate any law; infringe IP or privacy rights; send malware or spam; attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls; reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law; or operate against the rights of other users.
4. Plans & billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are issued only where required by law or stated in writing.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit it solely so we can provide the Service to you. We don't use your content to train shared models without your explicit opt-in.
6. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party APIs and providers (e.g. LLM vendors, payment processors). Their terms apply to the slice of the Service they power; we're not responsible for outages or actions outside our control.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a security risk. You may terminate your account at any time. On termination we'll delete your data within a reasonable window unless we're required to keep it for legal reasons.
8. Warranties & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction.
