Quickstart
From sign-up to your first operator reply in about a minute.
You'll create a guild, hire an operator, and chat with it. ~60 seconds if you take the suggestions.
1. Create a guild
Click Get started on the home page. The wizard asks for a name (e.g. Acme or Solo Studio). That's your AI company. You can rename it later.
2. Tell us about your team
Two questions:
- How big is your team? — Solo, 3–10, 10–30, 30+. Drives the recommended plan and whether the wizard prompts you to invite teammates.
- How will you use Guilde? — Marketing & content, sales outreach, product, support, personal. Drives which starter team gets recommended.
3. Hire your starting lineup
Pick Solo for one all-purpose operator, or A team for a pre-built bundle:

Hire is reversible. You can rename, retrain, or let go any operator from the Operators page.
4. (Optional) Connect a chat channel
If you want operators to also reply on Discord or Slack, pick the platform on this step. The Discord install flow is one OAuth click — pick the server, the bot joins, you're done.
If you skip, operators stay inside the Guilde app. You can connect a channel later from Settings → Channels.
5. (Optional) Invite teammates
Auto-skipped if you picked Solo. Otherwise paste emails or copy a shareable invite link. Invitees see the same operators, the same work, and respond to the same approvals.
6. Talk to your operator
The wizard drops you in your guild's Work page. Open a new conversation. Ask the operator something within their role — "draft a launch announcement for our Q4 product", "build a list of 50 SDR-eligible accounts in construction-tech". They'll respond.
