Guild settings
Three tabs — Tool Security (allowlists), Experimental (feature flags), Danger (archive, reset). Governance for the whole guild.
The Guild settings page (sidebar icon ↳ Guild settings) groups guild-wide policy under three tabs:
- Tool Security — allow/restrict sensitive actions per role
- Experimental — feature flags for previewing in-progress features
- Danger — archive, reset, delete

Tool Security
Sensitive actions are open by default — every member and operator can use them. Restrict an action to limit it to specific roles, users, or operators. The page groups actions by domain (Datasources, Banking, Billing & Revenue, Cloud Costs, …) so you can do a sweep, not a hunt.
Per action:
- State —
OPENorRESTRICTED - Description — what it does (e.g. "List bank transactions with filters and date ranges")
- RESTRICT button — open a sheet to pick which roles / users / operators retain access
The counter at the top (0 restricted / 10 total) is the live posture
of your guild. New actions added to Guilde land open; you opt them in
to restriction.
Experimental
Feature flags for in-development surfaces. Toggle one and the feature appears in the guild for everyone with access. Flip back to off to disable.
Use experimental flags carefully:
- They can change behaviour mid-session
- They may be removed without warning when the feature ships or gets pulled
- They don't always have full audit logging
Danger
Destructive operations. Each requires typing the guild name to confirm.
| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Archive guild | Hide from the home list. Operators stop reacting; data preserved. Reversible. |
| Reset guild | Wipe conversations, work items, and operator memory. Keep operators and configuration. Irreversible. |
| Delete guild | Wipe everything. Owner-only. Irreversible. |
There's also a Stripe webhook test button (admin diagnostics) and the environment variable presets you set when you first wired the guild.
